VIDEO: Exercises to Engage Your Intuition

Intuition is something we are born with — we all have access to it. Often we are following or tapping into it without even realizing it.

For example, when you think of someone and then they call you, or you decide to take a new road to work one day, and realize there was a huge accident on your normal route that would have held you up for hours.

That is your intuition!

And it’s the same connection that can get you in touch with loved ones on the other side!

What if you could learn how to exercise it — like a muscle in the gym — so that you could tap into it and rely on it to help guide you, direct you and help you make decisions?

In this video, I share exercises that you can do to tap into that intuitive muscle, and even one I learned from psychic medium James Van Praagh about connecting with loved ones on the other side!

We can protect and shield ourselves from this energy, and its actually a pretty easy process. There are a number of things you can do, but in this video I share a couple of quick options to help you stay connected to Spirit or Source and stop absorbing the negativity around you!
