Recorded in front a live audience at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York, this program presents a rarely heard talk from Eckhart’s early teaching career. With this you will encounter over eight hours of practical, thought provoking, and occasionally hilarious teachings for becoming who we are beyond the physical. Suffer from physical or emotional conditions? Stuck with the same patterns in your life? Don’t know why you react the way you do and can’t seem to help it? Much of our chronic, repetitive behaviors, and emotional trauma can be traced to unresolved events stuck in the unconscious mind.

In Mind Detox, Sandy C. Newbigging reveals a simple 5-step method for detoxing the unconscious mind and resolving those life problems. He explains how to turn back time to find the significant emotional event, the main experience, that shaped the core beliefs that trigger your chronic conditions and patterns, and describes how to reflect on why this event was a problem at the time. Then he teaches to meditate on the experience in light of your present-day self, allowing you to create new results about what happened.

He also offers guidance on how to use EFT in conjunction with the Mind Detox method, and practical healing tools like the “decision destroyer.” You will also learn what the most common unhealthy beliefs are that negatively impact health, wealth and happiness — and how to heal them — and success stories of how Mind Detox successfully cleared skin conditions, erased chronic pain and healed digestive disorders.

VIDEO: How to Handle Chaos & Obstacles When Manifesting

Have you ever set a goal or become clear on something you want to create or manifest, and then start bumping into issues, problems, obstacles and . . . chaos?

Getting clear on what we REALLY want to manifest is amazing and an important step in co-creating with the Universe, but that doesn’t mean now you can sit back and just allow all you desire to flow to you without any work — and sometimes that work shakes you up a bit!

In fact, the Universe HAS to shake you up a bit in order for you to grow and become a match with what you are trying to create.

In this video, I share how chaos and obstacles can be part of the manifesting process, and how you need to recognize them as signs you are moving toward your desire, rather than allowing them to stop you!

VIDEO: Handling Holiday Overwhelm

It happened last week. I finally hit a breaking point.

The sense of total overwhelm and stress rushed over me. Work responsibilities, holiday to-do’s, every day tasks — they piled up to the point of no return, and I knew I had to do something to stop it.

In the middle of watching a live broadcast, and testing with friends about it, I had to shut it down. I was on overload, and instead of pushing through and trying to ride it out, I decided to take care of myself. I took a time out.

I shut down the broadcast, excused myself from the group text, and took a few minutes to help myself feel better.

Watch the below video for what I did (I created a new visualization technique to help with overwhelm) and why you TOO should listen to your soul when it’s crying out for a time out to refresh.
